We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our playground equipment sales, installation, and service operations through IT solutions and data insights.What You'll Do:Project Management: Oversee technology-driven projects that enhance sales, logistics, and customer service operations.Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and project management data to drive strategic decision-making.Systems Optimization: Work with internal teams to refine CRM, ERP, and other business systems for improved functionality and reporting.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in project workflows and implement solutions to streamline efficiency.IT Collaboration: Partner with developers and IT vendors to customize and integrate software solutions that align with business needs.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure data-backed strategies are implemented effectively.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT, operations, or data-driven role.Strong background in data analysis, reporting tools, and visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business software systems —experience with integrations is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.Experience in the construction, playground, or B2B sales industry is a bonus but not required.
