You'll be trusted to run projects, stay close to the field, and work directly with leadership.Projects include commercial, institutional, and public-sector work with a strong emphasis on structural scopes and technically challenging builds.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & LeadershipLead projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall deliveryDrive buyout, contract administration, and cost controlCoordinate closely with field teams to ensure execution aligns with planTechnical & Administrative OversightOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMaintain cost tracking, forecasting, and reportingEnsure compliance with plans, specs, and applicable codesClient & Team CoordinationInterface with clients, consultants, and internal teamsIdentify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on trackQualifications5-10+ years with a General ContractorExperience in commercial, institutional, or public works constructionStrong understanding of construction sequencing and structural scopesProven ability to manage projects with minimal oversightComfortable in a hands-on, mid-sized team environmentCompensation & BenefitsPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and holidaysLong-term stability with a well-established GCConsistent project pipeline
