Our global portfolio spans governments, commercial developers, higher education and healthcare institutions, and industrial clients across both public and private sectors—including specialized consulting in asset management, economics, digital infrastructure, and life sciences.As we expand our presence in the Boston region, we're looking for a Project Manager who brings strong experience in interiors, small capital projects, and renovation work. In this role, you'll lead projects from concept through closeout—ensuring alignment with client goals while driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination throughout every stage of delivery.What You'll DoManage a portfolio of interiors and small-scale renovation/tenant improvement projects from planning through project closeoutOversee scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and performance metrics to ensure successful project outcomesServe as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfactionLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, and construction partnersDevelop project execution plans, professional services fee estimates, procurement strategies, and design schedulesFacilitate user group meetings, design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and decision-making sessionsManage contract administration, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationEnsure adherence to Jacobs' quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirementsSupport business development by contributing to proposals, interviews, and client presentationsProvide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to early-career team membersHere's what you'll needBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field8+ years of project management experience delivering interiors, renovations, tenant improvements, or small-capital projectsStrong working knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administrationDemonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teamsProven ability to manage client relationships and oversee projects across all phases of planning, design, and constructionProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Bluebeam) and familiarity with BIM/REVIT workflowsIdeally, You'll Also HaveProfessional credentials such as Registered Architect, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, or similarExperience with corporate interiors, workplace environments, higher education, life sciences, or public-sector clientsExperience performing work in occupied or operational facilitiesFamiliarity with Jacobs processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologiesStrong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience with alternative delivery methods (design–build, CM-at-risk, etc.)Posted Salary Range: Minimum 128,200.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 176,300.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, and caregiver leave. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.The base salary range for this position is $128,200.00 to $176,300.00.
