We sell, service and install security system equipment for commercial customers.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.Complete responsibility of ensuring Access Control, CCTV and other related security products are properly installed and working to the customer's satisfaction.Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activitiesReview project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the projectDiscuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshootingDirect and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where neededCommunicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problemsResponsible for financial success of projects.Other duties may be assigned.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredExperienced Project Manager/Commercial Security SystemsMust have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experienceMust have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail.Excellent communication, organization and project management skills are a must.Travel - 5-15% of the timeMust possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving recordWhat We Offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage — available your first full monthGenerous paid time off plus paid holidays and floating holidaysCompany-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability401(k) with employer matchHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsVoluntary benefits including supplemental life and critical illness coverageEmployee discounts for you and your immediate familyCompetitive compensation with annual performance reviewsSuccessful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.DH Pace Company, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
