Project ManagerOur client is a growing industrial construction contractor specializing in the design, construction, and renovation of food and beverage manufacturing facilities across the United States. This role is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through final closeout while ensuring successful execution of schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to coordinate every phase of project delivery.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of challenging industrial projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of a highly respected contractor.Travel to project sites will be required based on project location and client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage industrial construction projects from planning through completionServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and design professionals to ensure project objectives are achievedDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsLead subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, and construction planningMonitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, budget, and operational challengesEnsure compliance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company safety expectationsPrepare project reports, change orders, financial updates, and client communicationsTravel to project sites as necessary to support successful execution and maintain strong client relationshipsRequirementsExperience managing commercial or industrial construction projectsBackground in industrial construction is strongly preferred; experience with food and beverage manufacturing facilities is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeoutStrong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project financial managementExperience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teamsBenefitsCompetitive base salary in the $140,000-$150,000, based on experienceComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and company holidaysRetirement savings programProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesOpportunity to work on technically challenging projects within the rapidly growing food and beverage manufacturing sectorCollaborative culture with a financially strong and expanding industrial contractor
