Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects — from Mission Critical & Data Centers to complex manufacturing facilities up to $200M. Experience with cold storage and food & beverage processing is a plus.
This range is provided by Scott Humphrey Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
- Own the project from preconstruction through closeout — schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with goals
- Track progress and proactively solve issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects
- Proven ability to manage $50M–$200M+ projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget
