Project ManagerDTI is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to act as the single point of contact for planning, overseeing, and leading projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and Banking. The Project Manager will provide regular status updates, escalate issues promptly, and ensure that project objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
Consultant Must work on our W2 Local candidates NY/NJ or ChicagoKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, project coordinators, technicians, and leadership.Plan, oversee, and lead projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.Provide timely status updates to Banking and escalate issues or risks as needed to ensure alignment and transparency.Attend project calls and meetings as necessary to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the project coordinator and technicians remain on task to meet deliverables.Manage and guide networking technicians and helpdesk teams, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to achieve project goals.Monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to established policies and standards.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and post-project evaluations.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in IT, networking, or helpdesk environments.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to provide clear status reporting and escalate risks promptly.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to lead impactful projects with high visibility.Collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.Pay rate: $75-$80hr
