Position SummaryThe IT Project Manager III will be responsible for leading programs, leading and/or participating in projects spanning the breadth and depth of KAGs business units. Provide direct day-to-day supervision of project managers and/or business analysts. The Project Manager III will also utilize their experience with projects and methodologies to help maintain the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) as well as assist/mentor junior members of the Project Management Office (PMO) team.Essential FunctionsManage one or more programs, which involve strategic planning to accomplish organizational goals Manage multiple projects spanning multiple business linesProvide direct supervision to project managers and/or business analystsIdentify and assist in developing Project Management skills in junior team membersProvide input and Assist in preparing Executive-Level status reports with the PMO Manager and Project Portfolio Manager (PPM)Assist in evolving the Project Life Cycle to maintain service levels to the organization
Complete documentation, testing training, and requirements definition for projects
Meet the deployment, development, and training objectives as assigned for each project/program
Communicate project status; identify roadblocks and provide solutions
Execute change management policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experiencePMI or equivalent certificationMinimum of 5 years of Project Management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent meeting facilitation skillsProficient with business and systems process modelingProficient with project and program budget and cost managementExperience leading project teams of various sizesPrior IT experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project Experience with WorkFront and/or other Project Management Tools
