Project Manager II

Project Manager IIAECOM is seeking a Project Manager II in Riverside, CA. Duties and Skills include managing one or more moderately complex projects, working mostly independently, supervising senior level engineers, and possessing outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Individuals must be able to manage multiple tasks, exhibit strong organizational skills, have a good understanding of design and construction, and be skilled at use of construction management software and programs.QualificationsMinimum experience required is a BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred experience includes five years of full time paid-professional experience managing the facilities design, or the planning and coordination of capital projects that includes the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities. Preferred licenses and certificates include a valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California State Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, a valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI), LEED Professional Accreditation, and DBIA certification.Additional InformationSponsorship and relocation are not available.
