Project ManagerOur digital content strategy and personalization team is scaling up to support the content across all our digital channels— including the united.com and the United app. United is seeking a Project Manager who can ensure that high level business objectives and daily project goals of the Digital Personalization and Content Strategy team are achieved. The Project Manager will play a key role in the planning, development, implementation, and execution of various complex projects.

This role will facilitate sprint planning, daily activities related to stand-ups and sprint burn down, and coordinating team member efforts to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also oversee project quality control throughout its life cycle using proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of business investment.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for management of multiple projects of high complexity, priority, and risk.Oversee the development of the detailed business requirements for the project and ensures they address the business unit's objectives.Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and seek assistance with resolution when necessary.Create, implement and manage project timelines to include regular deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.Meet the project requirements by delivering a quality solution, on time, and within the planned budget.Track, manage, and adjust the original plan as necessary to ensure successful deliveryProvide regular status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, the enterprise, and others involved in the project.Effectively coordinate with the various technology, business, and vendor teams to ensure the project's success.Become a strategic partner in organizational road mapping and structuring to drive increased ROI, greater adoption and higher transformation successFoster speed, innovation and encourage continuous improvementAdvise on dependency management techniques between internal teams and third parties, release managers, or between Agile teamsIt is an equal opportunity employer.
