In this role, you'll take the lead on large-scale, complex, and high-profile mitigation projects involving water, fire, and mold damage. You'll also have the opportunity to assist with emergency response across the country—making a real impact in communities recovering from disaster.Project Managers may be eligible for advancement into Estimator roles and are viewed as key players in delivering exceptional results while growing with the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of all service lines offered by Our ClientConstruction-focused candidates must be able to scope, schedule, and manage work, enforce safety, and uphold quality standardsBuild and refine core project management skills: time management, budgeting, scheduling, supervision, customer communication, safety, and documentationStay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and best practicesReview and document project progress daily, communicating updates and issues as neededProvide clear field documentation (photo logs, sketches, reports)Utilize prior expertise in fire, water, or structural repair rolesQualify vendors/subcontractors and guide them through onboardingManage both fixed bid and time/material-based projectsUnderstand invoicing protocols and provide supporting documentationConduct vehicle safety checks and maintain service standardsWork flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and travel as neededAttend company-sponsored safety and operations training sessionsQualifications & RequirementsWillingness to support other Project Managers and volunteer for national emergency response (CAT duty)Continuously enhance technical and regulatory knowledge (e.g., local/state/federal building codes)Act as a mentor and role model for SuperintendentsIdentify and upsell additional services as neededCollaborate closely with Estimators on timelines, budgets, and changesShow ongoing growth in managing projects on-time and on-budgetConstruction Track: Oversee all phases of work, read blueprints, and manage large-scale jobs exceeding $1MRestoration Track: Lead small crews, manage large crews via leaders/assistants, and guide restoration plansConfidently supervise multiple projects simultaneouslyParticipate in continued training and developmentWhy Join Our Client?This is more than a job—it's a career path with real growth potential.
