Project Manager (IAM)Project Manager with some BA skills. Mainly a PM for IAM effort. Expects to make a selection on vendor by mid-November. Help drive FM through this initiative – work with Jim and his team (security and BA folks).
Helping them work through process. Schedule events. Lining up resources – with partners and internal. Making sure meetings are run appropriately – nothing missed/ everything captured.
Ensuring plan is in place – steps are missed, keep people to dates/timelines, identify risks. Some BA work: Pull out the business process – are they fully understood, documented, end point flowing from system to system. Mapping dependencies if there are some. Big plus to have some form of IAM implementation or security access experience (not a requirement).
Better some things that will stand out -- SailPoint, Savyent (spelling?), Active Directory. Agile experience is a big plus – they will use ADO for the board/backlog. A SM/PM blend could be great. Need to have a great personality, soft skills – able to present to leadership, work with business side and engineers alike.
