Project Manager-IThe Kitchens Launch & Change team is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and manage the process for launching new kitchens, concepts, and menu changes, and working with operators to resolve on-the-ground challenges. You will own project planning and implementation of launch & change tasks, as well as supporting cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners such as construction, culinary, marketing, training, supply chain, operators, equipment suppliers, and recruiting. In addition, you will proactively identify and execute on process and tooling improvements to get 1% better every day.
