Project Manager - RemoteThis role centers on enhancing the merchant launch experience, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and streamline internal processes. It involves cross-functional collaboration across sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Strategy & Operations for Tableside OPT, the role is mostly remote with occasional office visits and up to 10% travel for merchant launches.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement merchant onboarding strategiesOptimize processes, products, and team operationsBecome an expert in Bbot and its integrationsCreate training materials and lead staff trainingConduct QA testing before launchImprove workflows to boost merchant adoption and revenueAdapt quickly and contribute to company growthRequired Skills/ Qualification/ Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 4-5 years of work experience in project management or account management.Able to complete tasks accurately, effectively and on time with superb attention to detail.Experience working successfully cross functionally with individual contributors.Excellent external and internal customer presentation skills.Driven/led a successful (measured by adoption) business opportunity, developed process improvements, and enabled stakeholders on process changes.Experience working successfully cross functionally with other departments
