Project ManagerMortenson's BLUvera Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to build and lead a team, serving as the key contact for internal and external teams.
Responsibilities include managing projects from concept to closeout, with knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the steel stud framing industry. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor their Project Team, driving the organization's expansion into self-performed manufactured construction assemblies. BLUvera leverages advanced design, engineering, and 3D modeling to deliver prefabricated construction products using DfMA principles. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
