Project Manager IThe Project Manager I (PMI) will support all aspects of project execution from the estimating & planning to coordination & execution. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the PMI will assist in managing daily project activities, maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projectsSupport procurement processes including subcontractor and vendor coordinationMaintain and update project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutesAssist with cost tracking, forecasting, and budget managementHelp ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on job sitesConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and communicate updates to the Project ManagerCoordinate with internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to support project deliveryParticipate in project meetings and help manage punch lists and closeout documentationQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or related work experience1–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in industrial or commercial sectorsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsValid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sitesPreferred:OSHA 30 certificationFamiliarity with lean construction practicesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with profit sharingPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and professional development
