We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirements7 years of IT project management experienceProven record of delivering projects on time and within budget7 years' experience in project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk, and issue logs7 years' experience in developing and delivering project status5 years' experience using project portfolio management systems/tools (e.g., Clarity)PMP Certification (3 years highly desired)5 years advanced working knowledge of MS Project5 years' experience handling various stakeholders and system owners from other departments (highly desired)5 years' experience managing multi-vendor environments in government settings (highly desired)Client Project Management Office supporting LARA, DIFS & MDOS, Lottery with a multi-year high priority legacy modernization project.Part of the DTMB Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), works closely with DTMB Agency Services technical teams as well as with agency executives/stakeholdersResponsibilitiesUtilize Clarity to prepare project schedules, assign resources, and manage budgetsPrepare presentations for executives, managers, and project team membersMonitor, control, and communicate project progress, managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risksEnsure clear, timely, and accurate communications with stakeholdersProvide leadership and foster collaboration between technical and business teamsDevelop and maintain key project deliverables throughout the project lifecycleManage interfaces related to communication with other agenciesEnsure project adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologiesFacilitate and enforce the Change Management processCreate project Corrective Action Plans (CAP) when necessaryUnderstand project benefits and impact of change requestsReview and manage vendor contracts and deliverablesFacilitate interactions among stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed
