Our projects range from event productions of all sizes to large-scale stadium branding to small brand displays. We work in a collaborative environment, meaning you'll get to work cross-functionally with our fabrication, print and agency teams.As a Project Manager, you will:Construct detailed project estimates on a timely basisPrepare quotes for clients; be able to present plans and pricing, make changes as needed, and follow process through sale and execution of projectSupervise all project logistics, including crew scheduling and managementMeet directly with clients to better understand goals and objectives; may include traveling to client facilities and taking measurements/photosProvide detailed and thorough follow up with vendors and clientsEffectively communicate, present and explain concepts and ideas to clients and colleagues in a professional mannerLiaise between sales and production departments to ensure client expectations and deadlines are metManage client expectations and goals/objectives throughout and beyond the project processPrepare quotes, invoices, and expense reports for accounting department in a timely and organized mannerWe are a lean team moving at full speed, so we need someone who can match our pace and bring the following:ExperienceBachelor's Degree (Associate's considered)Background and/or knowledge of engineering, architecture or other technical discipline5 years' experience in end-to-end project management including leading and facilitating projects and eventsExperience in Sports, Entertainment, Retail or Corporate industries strongly preferredSkillsMust be highly organized with the ability to accurately track time for multiple projectsOutstanding attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsAttention to detail in time-sensitive situationsAble to deliver a high quality of work under tight deadlinesCapable of taking direction and helpful constructive criticism in a collaborative environmentOtherMust be willing to work nights, weekends and overtime as neededA good sense of humor and strong work ethic are a must!A valid driver's license with clean driving record
