HR Project ManagerThe HR Project Manager leads complex, cross functional initiatives that modernize and scale the HR function. Different areas of responsibility can include leading technical execution of M&A HR Workstreams covering preclose diligence, Day1 readiness, HRIS/payroll/time systems integration, data conversion, and regulatory compliance, or supporting advancement in HR operating model, processes, analytics, and employee experience. The Project Manager orchestrates multidisciplinary teams, manages dependencies and risks, and delivers measurable outcomes aligned to enterprise priorities.Major ResponsibilitiesLeads end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of HR projectsSupports team to define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesDevelops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocationsEnsures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetMonitors project health and help adjust plans to address changing prioritiesSupports organizational change management for HR initiatives to ensure awareness, adoption, and engagementPartners closely with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), cross-functional teams and external partnersTracks and reports on project progress, milestones, risks, and outcomesMinimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Certification / LicenseWork Experience5 years of project management or human resources experience3 years of experience leading cross-functional projectsDemonstrated success delivering projects with cross-functional teams.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesAdvanced problem-solving abilityAbility to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information.Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff at all levels of the organization and candidates.Proficiency in MS Office applicationsAbility to effectively lead, manage, and motivate teams, exhibit excellent coaching skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistently high standards of workPreferred Job RequirementsEducationMaster's degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.Certification / LicensePHR / SPHRProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificateAgile/Scrum ExperienceExperience in M&A integration, from either the HR or business development functionsWork ExperienceExperience implementing new HR processes and programs as either a process owner or project managerExperience working as a project manager in a multi-national HR organizationHands-on experience with cloud HCM (e.g.
