Steel Erection Project ManagerPowers Built Structures seeks responsible, hardworking, dedicated applicants to join our staff; helping to manage and increase efficiency in our steel erection division. Powers Built Structures is a family-owned business with fifteen years of service in the Colorado area, and more than fifty years of combined experience in the trade. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:Coordinating with steel fabricators to monitor changes of drawingsAble to submit RFI's to fabricator or general contractorCoordinate with other trades for schedule complianceOversee deliveries of materialsCoordinate with general superintendent regarding job schedules and durationsAble to run Trimble Connect system to survey anchor bolts and elevationsOversee foremen's' daily ProCore inputsMaintain documentation and AISC certifications as designated by AISC standardsOther tasks as assigned by the general superintendentAble to travel to jobsites daily to complete necessary tasksApplicants are required to have:A minimum of three years of steel erection project managementA minimum of five years of commercial steel industry experienceExperience with AISC complianceHigh School diploma, preferred bachelor's degree in construction managementCompensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
