Project managers also have exposure to the business side of architecture including proposal writing and project financial tracking.Job ResponsibilitiesProgramming, Schematic Design, and Design DevelopmentConstruction DocumentsConstruction AdministrationFinishes Selection3D RenderingsConference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractorsExpected to lead client presentationsExpected to be an active participant at all networking eventsExpected to provide mentorship to other team members as neededExpected to work closely with other members of the team including delegation to team members earlier in their careerSkills and AbilitiesProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3d rendering/visualization softwareExperience with AI (ex.
