Follow-up on open actions to bring to closure in alignment to due datesEstablish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectationsPlan, organize, lead and control the project efficiently and Evaluate progress of projects on a regular basis to ensure tasks remain on-schedule, issues are addressed, and risks are mitigatedLead technical and requirements gathering sessions bringing people and understanding together produce key deliverables e.g.
Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Doc, Test Plan Implementation Plans, Training Plans, etc.Provide technical and analytical guidanceDevelop financial budget estimates, actuals and forecasts.
