This role will act as a generalist PM, driving projects across multiple business areas including guest services, marketing technology, and operational systems.The ideal candidate is highly polished, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires someone local to Las Vegas, comfortable working onsite and navigating a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & CoordinationManage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously across hospitality operations and technology teamsDrive end-to-end project execution including planning, timelines, risk management, and deliveryCoordinate cross-functional efforts between IT, marketing, operations, and vendor partnersBusiness & Systems IntegrationSupport integration initiatives involving guest systems, travel/booking platforms, and automated communication tools (e.g., email/SMS campaigns)Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plansEnsure seamless alignment between technical solutions and business needsStakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholdersProvide regular status reporting, risk updates, and executive-level summariesMaintain a high level of professionalism when working with leadership and guest-facing teamsOperational Support & Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and enhance guest experience through technologyAssist with change management and adoption of new tools or processesEnsure projects align with overall business goals and operational standardsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within hospitality, gaming, or service-driven environmentsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing prioritiesExperience supporting system integrations, marketing technology, or guest-facing platformsStrong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsHighly professional, polished, and comfortable working with executive teamsMust be local to Las Vegas and available for onsite workPreferred QualificationsExperience working with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, CRM tools, or booking/reservation platformsExposure to email automation platforms, customer engagement tools, or digital guest experiencesPMP or similar certification is a plus
