Project ManagerWorth Higgins & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.Key Responsibilities:Receive and manage project requests, ensuring clear understanding of client or internal needsDevelop comprehensive project strategies and creative briefs for each assignment, outlining:What is needed and the desired outcomeWhy the project is necessaryKey messaging and communication pointsRequired images, branding, and project mandatoriesFinal deliverablesBudget considerationsProject timelineReferences to previous or related projectsKey contacts and individuals involved in review and approval processesDetermine when a kickoff meeting is necessary and coordinate meetings for larger or more complex projectsBuild detailed project timelines and establish milestones to track progress and ensure timely deliveryCollaborate with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure project alignment and quality standardsMonitor project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates to stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative, marketing, or related fieldsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to develop strategic plans and detailed project briefsProficiency with project management tools and softwareAbility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredJoin our dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects that make a meaningful impact.
