Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications include experience in construction or architectural metal/glazing projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project management software.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, including experience as an Expeditor and familiarity with Expediting processes to keep materials and information flowing efficiently.
• Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including experience with Inspection procedures, quality control, and adherence to safety and building standards.
• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, including Logistics Management and coordination of materials, equipment, and deliveries to project sites.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve problems proactively, and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in project leadership will also be considered.
