Project ManagerHawkEye 360 is currently seeking a Project Manager to join the Solutions team. The Solutions team provides technical capability development, verification/validation and integration for internal projects and external programs. The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring/controlling multiple technical capability development activities supporting HawkEye customers and internal organizations.HawkEye 360 is looking for a candidate with proven critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, keen attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset. The ability to get (and stay) organized is a key skill for success in this role.The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and monitoring skills (clear, concise, quick, and well-organized) and be comfortable briefing complex material to senior audiences both in-person and virtually.
The Project Manager will have a strong track record of both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Advanced project management software skills are essential to monitoring and controlling assigned projects.As the Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:Track technical capability development progress towards satisfying technical and schedule requirementsIdentify risks to project success and proactively communicate with organization leaders and recommend possible mitigationsDevelop project kickoff presentations and other project reports as required by each capability development projectInteract with other groups throughout the company such as engineering, product, sales, legal, program management and operation team as needed to successfully support technical capability development effortsWork with internal team to schedule required collections and monitor deliveries to meet technical capability development goalsProvide quality customer and business partner support and interact with them in a professional and constructive manner, including with various international culturesSupport developing and maintaining business agreement and export control related documents with legal teamSupport business trips to customer/business partner's sites, sometimes internationally, for in-person meetings as needed for effective project managementSupport and lead any administrative work to support technical development effortsYour skills and qualifications: Essential education and experience:5+ years professional project management or technical experienceBachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or other related fieldParticularly strong work experience may be deemed equivalent for candidates with alternative degreesBasic understanding of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) operationsDemonstrated success in executing project or development work on timeExcellent written and oral communication skills in professional and customer service settingsExperience with Project Management softwareDesirable:Master's degree in engineering, analysis, policy, management or other related fieldCAPM or PMP certificationExperience in intelligence or defense-related communitiesExperience in multi-INT analysis or operations utilizing customer databases, platforms, and applicationsExperience with Jira softwareFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services Simple Storage Solutions (S3)Knowledge of tasking, processing, and dissemination processBase Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations.
