Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewAs a Project Manager- Heavy Civil your roles and responsibilities will include:Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M+)Financial oversight, forecasting, and cost controlCPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)Change order strategy and negotiationsLeadership of Superintendents & Project EngineersClient and stakeholder relationshipsRisk management and project execution strategyWhat You Bring5-7+ years of heavy civil construction experienceProven success managing $10M+ infrastructure projectsStrong forecasting and cost control expertiseExperience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and ExcelCivil Engineering or Construction Management degreeLeadership mindset and field credibilitySkills and Certifications :Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction managementLeading projects up to 30 millionExperience with box culverts, roadway, paving and underground utilitiesCompensation: Based on Experience.
