Project ManagerA leading, established construction and infrastructure firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy civil and highway construction projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle execution including planning, coordination, budgeting, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and closeout of construction projectsManage schedules, budgets, and overall project performanceCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality expectationsReview contracts, project scope, and deliverablesTrack progress, costs, and forecasts to ensure project successMaintain documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and reportsSupport client communication and project coordination effortsAdditional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project meetings and reportingAssist with change orders and cost trackingMonitor subcontractor performance and productivitySupport procurement and material coordinationAddress project risks, delays, and scheduling conflictsAssist with project startup and closeout processesWhat They're Looking ForExperience managing heavy civil, roadway, or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycleAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with project management and construction software toolsStrong communication and leadership skillsRequirementsBackground in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting or leading projects of varying size and complexityAbility to interpret plans, specifications, and contractsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
