We self-perform underground utilities, site development, heavy highway, and civil electrical work for national builders, municipalities, IDOT, and the Illinois Tollway Authority. Strong backlog, loyal client base, and a fleet of 100+ pieces of equipment to back you up.We need an experienced Project Manager with a heavy civil and civil electrical background to own projects from kickoff to closeout.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead heavy civil and electrical infrastructure projects end-to-end- Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets across active job sites- Serve as the primary client contact for municipalities, agencies, and private developers- Ensure work is executed to plans, permits, and contract requirements- Maintain safety and quality standards in the fieldWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- 5+ years of heavy civil construction PM experience- Civil electrical background -- duct bank, site electrical, conduit, or utility-scale work- Experience on public agency projects (IDOT, municipal, tollway) a strong plus- Solid budget and schedule management skills- OSHA 30 preferredHeavy civil roots.
