Project Manager – HealthcareWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in healthcare technology projects, particularly in healthcare applications and digital health solutions.
Experience with AI-driven voice agents, conversational AI, or healthcare contact center automation solutions is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience managing voice agent implementations within provider systems, including integrations with platforms such as Epic and Meditech. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and primarily US-based clients to drive the successful delivery of multiple software development projects in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of multiple healthcare software development projectsPlan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budgetTrack schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesEnsure compliance with healthcare industry standards and client requirementsFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesMaintain quality standards to meet client and regulatory expectationsHealthcare & Voice Agent Projects (Preferred)Manage or contribute to projects involving: Healthcare applications (EHR/EMR integrations, patient engagement platforms, telehealth solutions)AI-driven voice agents and conversational AI solutionsHealthcare automation and contact center technologiesLead or support voice agent implementations integrated with provider systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech)Coordinate with AI/ML, engineering, and product teams for voice-based and automation-driven solutionsEnsure alignment with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA awareness preferred)Stakeholder & Client CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and leadershipProvide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reportsManage expectations of US-based stakeholdersConduct project meetings and maintain clear documentation (MoMs, dashboards, risk logs)Operations & CoordinationSupport resource planning and allocationTrack budgets, invoices, and overall project financialsCoordinate with vendors and third-party partnersAssist in team onboarding and cross-functional coordinationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencyRisk & Quality ManagementIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain risk registers and escalation processesEnsure adherence to SDLC best practices and quality standardsRequired QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldExperience: 2–5 years of experience in Project Management or Project CoordinationMandatory experience in healthcare technology projectsExperience working with US-based clients or global teamsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent software development projectsExperience with provider systems integrations such as Epic or Meditech (strongly preferred)Technical & Functional SkillsStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or AsanaProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and healthcare workflowsPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI-powered voice agents or conversational AI platformsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA awareness preferred)Exposure to: EHR/EMR systems Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Healthcare payer/provider workflowsCertifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Experience in startup or high-growth environmentsExposure to financial tracking and vendor managementKey CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detailProactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong stakeholder and client management skills
