Core Responsibilities

  • Project Administration & Tracking: Audit project change logs, monitor milestone compliance milestones, and route verified operational information to appropriate departmental managers.


  • Digital Workflow Coordination: Oversee electronic batch uploads, track project generation schedules, and maintain structured security indexes within our centralized server directories.


  • Records Management & Logging: Input seasonal milestone tracking data, update client account profiles, and perform routine quality audits on core system inputs.


  • Queue Management & Internal Support: Oversee incoming resource requests, investigate mismatched source documents, and prepare professional summaries for regional operations leads.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with system validators, field administrators, and regional hub teams to uphold high execution quality benchmarks across all internal networks.


Applicant Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent required; 3+ years of professional background in structured project management, administrative operations, or digital record-keeping.


  • Demonstrated proficiency in fast, high-accuracy timeline management and milestone cross-referencing.


  • Solid technical foundation utilizing enterprise project management software, cloud storage platforms, and Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel tracking sheets and document organization).


  • Proven capability to thrive independently within a structured on-site workspace while maintaining strict production deadlines.


  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tracking systems simultaneously.


Compensation & Benefits
