Allegiance Group is partnering with a Greenwich-based project management, master building, and private development firm, to find an experienced Project Manager.

The firm delivers high-end residential projects, including custom homes, renovations, and historic properties throughout Connecticut and the surrounding region.

In this role, you’ll lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating clients, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to bring each client’s vision to life while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-end residential construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate clients, architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements for accuracy and constructability.
• Oversee bidding, procurement, subcontractor agreements, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor costs, schedules, workmanship, and project risks, addressing issues promptly.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely updates to clients and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with site teams to maintain safety, quality, and a high standard of craftsmanship.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, including custom homes or high-end renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proven experience coordinating clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the expectations involved in high-quality residential construction.
