Project Manager

We’re partnering with an established construction organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee federal construction projects in the Seattle market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction leader who can drive project execution, manage financial performance, develop high-performing teams, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial startup through completion and final closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, scheduling, and overall project performance.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and manage contractual obligations.
• Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, and operational standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and develop project team members while supporting workforce planning.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Background managing construction teams and multiple project functions.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Federal construction experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to relocate if project requirements dictate.
