Project Manager (Ground Up, Commercial)

Lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own the budget, schedule, and client relationship on $25M+ work, with real authority over how your projects run.
What you’ll do:
- Own budget, schedule, and client communication from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and change management
- Manage risk, cost forecasting, and project reporting
- Mentor project team members and coordinate with field leadership
What you bring:
- 10–15+ years in general contracting, with ground-up commercial experience
- Track record managing $25M+ projects from start to finish
- Strong client, subcontractor, and team leadership skills
