This role ensures the provision, coordination, and maintenance of site infrastructure, utilities, and services to enable safe, efficient, and compliant construction operations.The position manages subcontractors, service providers, and site logistics while ensuring alignment with construction schedules, budgets, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.Functional ResponsibilitiesOversee installation of temporary construction facilities including offices, sanitation, parking, security systems, and access controlCoordinate installation of temporary utilities such as water, electricity, and wastewater systemsManage maintenance of temporary facilities to ensure safe and functional working conditionsCoordinate installation and distribution of portable sanitation facilities across the siteOversee site services including water and ice delivery, waste disposal, site cleanup, road maintenance, and fuel depot operationsSupport material management activities by coordinating labor and equipment resourcesOversee maintenance programs for leased equipmentManage subcontractor engineering submittals and coordinate review and approval cyclesLeadership / Management ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractors and site service providers supporting construction operationsResolve disputes related to site services and coordinate shared facility usageCoordinate with Construction Management, Engineering, IT, and other teams to resolve operational issuesProvide daily updates and reports to senior management on progress and site issuesSupport procurement oversight related to general services, consumables, and equipmentCompliance / Operational ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site HSE inspections and ensure hazards are addressed or reportedEnsure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements related to site facilities and utilitiesOversee subcontractor programs such as dewatering and SWPP managementManage site services budget and forecast costsEnsure safe and compliant operation of all site services and facilitiesQualificationsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in heavy industrial constructionStrong understanding of construction processes across full project lifecycleStrong management and leadership skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree or technical degreeRole Specific Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of construction site services and temporary facility managementAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and service providersUnderstanding of construction logistics, utilities, and site infrastructureStrong problem-solving and coordination skillsAbility to manage budgets and cost forecastingKnowledge of HSE requirements and construction site complianceWorking ConditionsSite-based construction environmentDaily coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and service providersExposure to active construction site conditionsAdditional InformationNo sponsorship or relocation assistance available.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
