Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring successful delivery aligned with budget, schedule, and quality objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate teams, manage risk, and drive project performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing multiple job sites and managing projects through all phases of constructionDeveloping and executing project work plans, schedules, and resource strategiesManaging project budgets, estimating, and change order pricingCoordinating subcontractors and overseeing trade contractor performanceReviewing architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specificationsAdministering construction contracts, permits, and regulatory requirementsLeading project teams, including supervision of Project EngineersIdentifying risks, disputes, and potential claims, and proactively managing resolutionMonitoring project progress, conducting status meetings, and ensuring adherence to schedulesManaging project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and risk mitigationCommunicating regularly with owners, architects, and stakeholders regarding project statusRequirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction ScienceMinimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting increasingly complex construction projectsTechnical & Professional Skills:Proven ability to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reportsStrong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methodsAbility to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines under pressureExperience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teamsCore Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilityAbility to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, safety, and profitabilityBenefits:Competitive base salary ($110K–$197K) with discretionary bonus potentialComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (PPO and HSA options with company contributions)Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability coverageUntracked/unlimited vacation policyPaid sick leave with annual carryover9 paid holidays annuallyPaid parental leave401(k) with employer match (up to 4%) and immediate vestingEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – 100% company-funded ownership opportunity
