This is one of the most in-demand roles on our team right now, and for good reason: it's a role where the work is real, the ownership is yours to earn, and the path forward is clear.You'll manage high-pressure gas pipeline and facility construction projects from the ground up, working directly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant every step of the way. Specifically, you'll:Manage or support project delivery from preconstruction through closeoutBuild and maintain schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverablesCoordinate with Gas Superintendents and Foremen on daily execution and production targetsTrack DOT Part 192/195 compliance, OQ documentation, and QA/QC recordsPrepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reportsVisit job sites regularly and stay connected to the work in the fieldHelp set the tone for a culture of safety, quality, and accountabilityThe scope grows with your level.
Level I Project Managers build their foundation supporting senior PMs. Level II PMs run small to mid-size projects independently. Level III PMs lead complex, multi-phase work and mentor the PMs coming up behind them. Wherever you land, you'll have real ownership from day one.Across all levels, OSHA 30 is preferred and familiarity with DOT Part 192/195 and PHMSA regulations is a strong plus.
