Duties to include, but are not limited to:Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsManage a communication plan with the internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing regular contact on project status and changesPreparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant informationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needsAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work planEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risksMinimum Qualifications:5 years of proven working experience in project managementBachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plusProven success working with all levels of managementExcellent presentation skillsStrong understanding of formal project management practices and methodologies
