Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide Project/Construction Management (PM/CM) services as an Owner's Representative for public-sector construction projects. This role will support essential services facilities, including fire and police stations, through the Design-Build delivery method.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing public-sector vertical construction projects and serving as a client-facing leader throughout planning, design, and construction phases.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Construction Manager and Owner's Representative for assigned projectsPartner with city departments to provide PM/CM support and project oversightManage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycleReview contracts, drawings, specifications, estimates, and project documentation for complianceLead project meetings and maintain accurate records, reports, and action itemsCoordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project successMonitor design and construction progress and provide recommendations and status updatesEnsure compliance with safety, contractual, and performance requirementsSupport project logistics, staffing, scheduling, and resource planningMaintain strong client relationships and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfactionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred10+ years of experience in vertical construction projectsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience managing public-sector construction projectsPrior experience with Civic, Municipal, Justice, Education, or other public facilities projectsExperience with Design-Build project deliveryRequired SkillsStrong understanding of project planning, design management, construction estimating, scheduling, cost controls, contracts, and project delivery methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder and client management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with project management and construction documentation systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Primavera P6 and ProcoreDBIA certificationValid California driver's license with a clean driving recordCompensation: Base Salary - USD $150,000 to $180,000
