Project ManagerPreferred Location: Fremont, CARate: $65/Hr on C2CRole Scope / DeliverablesKey Responsibilities:Ability to successfully manage and engage in multiple projects across all phases of; development, implementation, integration, user acceptance, performance, and post implementation supportWork as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve project milestonesCoordinate with stakeholders, business partners and technical teams to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage expectationsDevelop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plansActively manage internal, third party and vendor resources across multiple geosMake vital decisions and drive decision-making across projectsAct as the central communication point between IT Leadership, stakeholders and the project team by communicating blockers, risks, successes, and new developmentsTrack and communicate and coordinate status, project review meetings with stakeholders and IT LeadershipCollaborate with the IT Leadership to approach projects strategically, anticipate problems before they occur, and take proactive measuresDrives continuous process improvement throughout utilizing our PPI Business System ProcessesGuide the project team using agile and other methodologiesImplement and maintain best practices and PMO methodologiesMinimum Requirements/QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and 7 years of experience in business analysisMinimum 5-7 years project management experience in ERP applications, or in a Manufacturing environment; Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Financials, R&D, Quality and Regulatory5 years of work experience in a business role requiring interaction with executive leadership5 years of experience working on cross-functional project teams7 years of experience in business case development and analysisPrevious experience in a regulated manufacturing environmentAdvanced understanding and ability adhere to established quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements for medical device or diagnosticsTechnical skills in manufacturing techniques, FDA & GMP complianceProven ability to lead teams from concept to market successfullyStrong understanding of product development challenges and methods for resolution. Ability to resolve most day-to-day issues and develop mitigation plansDemonstrated skills using MS Project or related software for Project ManagementSuperior organizational skills with ability to multi-task and balance complex and routine work activitiesDemonstrated ability to lead, direct and manage cross-functional teams, influence business partners and get results through others. High-level business acumenDemonstrated experience using financial reports, budgeting and other related reporting toolsAdvanced interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work as a team player and team builderExcellent communication skills for group presentationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
