Project Manager – Finance Entity Stand-Up

Finance Entity Setup InitiativeThis Tier 1 initiative involves the establishment of a new finance entity to support issuance of SEC-registered notes, including full front-to-back integration across systems and business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the setup of a new finance entity, coordinating legal entity establishment, systems integration, and operational readiness.Define and deliver target state processes for entity operations, governance, and reporting.Collaborate with legal, regulatory, finance, operations, technology, and front office teams to ensure smooth end-to-end integration.Drive RAID management, status reporting, and working groups to track delivery.Coordinate steering committee updates and senior stakeholder communications.Ensure regulatory requirements and control frameworks are addressed as part of the setup.Qualifications10+ years of project/program management experience in financial services.Proven track record of delivering legal entity programs, finance transformations, or regulatory-driven initiatives.Deep understanding of SEC registration processes and capital markets operations preferred.Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across business, technology, and control functions.Exceptional communication and executive reporting skills.PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
