Project ManagerTechnology Recovery Group is adding to its Field Services team. We are seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join the team. The Project Manager leads various projects, including hardware and wireless installations, in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Field Services is highly preferred. The PM executes the activities within the scope of the project and in accordance with the agreed upon plan to meet budget, schedule and performance standards. The PM must be experienced in cross-functional management relationships to ensure efficiency.Essential FunctionsDevelop project plans, including the schedule and the budget, scope, goals and deliverablesDefine tasks and required resources for assigned projectsDefine and assign roles for project team membersCreate schedule and project timeline identifying goals, hold project meetings, and present status updates to managementMonitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met and schedules and budgets are adhered to.Monitor onsite resources, internal and external, throughout project.Monitor costs throughout project, this includes real time review of costs of both internal TRG resources and subcontractors.Review and verify vendor and third-party technician invoices for accuracy and complianceEnsure billed hours and expenses are within scope and match service agreementsCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of service charges and payment documentationValidate charges against contractual terms and scope of workSupport audit processes related to vendor billing and invoicingIdentify and escalate billing issues or inconsistenciesProvide reports on billing accuracy and cost analysisDocument, evaluate, and assess project results and presenting to management or clients as such. Documentation is to include final status on schedule, budget, overall outcome of project, and lessons learned.Create and present reports that are required for project.May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changesEmployee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisorQualificationsProject management certification desired, but not requiredField Service PM experience is a huge plusProficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and VisioDemonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrates excellent customer relationship skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to take and pass a background checkPerformance RequirementsMust maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of managementMust be able to operate a computer and other position related technologiesMust be able to work flexible hours as neededMust be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TRG employees and other stakeholdersMust adhere to all TRG Values at all timesPhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the timeMust be able to access work locationsMust be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend, and stay upright to perform workMust be able to visually read written and digital informationMust be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structuresMust be able to receive detailed information through oral communicationEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
