Field Operations/Construction Project ManagerResponsible for leading all aspects of implementing and managing assigned Field Operations/Construction projects and serves as the main point of contact for those projects. Coordinates tasks with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines and documenting those detailed tasks, durations, and task interdependencies into a cohesive project plan to ensure project goals are achieved within the stated timelines and financial budgets.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Establishes project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned Field Ops projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools.Facilitates and drives completion of all specific deliverables required to support project and priorities.Develops project plans to set key milestones, timelines, and deliverables as well as identify resource needs and perform quality reviews.Ensures project resources are held accountable for timely delivery with quality and completeness.Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.Successfully manages the relationship with the internal clients and all stakeholders in multiple business units.Coordinates communication with various stakeholder groups across multiple functions and business units that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of a project.Identify areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts; and collaboratively recommend creative mutually acceptable solutions, escalating where appropriate.Provides and communicates project status reports to leadership and stakeholder groups.Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.Performs other duties as requested.Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional mannerDemonstrated ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a wholeDemonstrated understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgetsDemonstrated ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and qualityDemonstrated knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identifiedDemonstrated understanding of multiple project management disciplinesAbility to manage multiple projects at a timeAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to show judgement and initiative to accomplish job dutiesAbility to develop strong working relationships with peers and project membersEffective critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently with minimal instructionsProven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and ability to use computer and software applicationsAbility to analyze and interpret dataRequired EducationBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsProject Management - 5+Preferred EducationProject Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculumOffice environmentSome travel required
