We're one global team – 47,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.What you will do:The Project Manager will provide leadership in the management of design, technical and administrative staff on a wide variety of complex projects worldwide.In this role, you will provide leadership to the team by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:In partnership with the Project Director, Sr Manager and/or Project Architect, you will lead to assist in leading a team, or multiple teams in the delivery of a wide range of projectsOversee and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisorsResponsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.Ensuring project completion within budget, schedule and in conformance with specificationsReviewing contracts and sub-contracts and assisting in managing subcontractorsMonitoring project financials and reporting to the Project ManagerDeveloping and maintaining design schedules for approvalResolving field-initiated questions with the technical design teamCoordinating and directing activities among the design groupsParticipating in and attending design review meetings and recording meeting minutes and tracking action itemsCoordinating the development of project deliverables with the design teamParticipating in building and maintaining a positive client relationshipResponsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in architecture or engineering plus a minimum of six years of related experience managing multidisciplinary projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationExperience with DoD projectsRegistered Architect or Professional EngineerUS Citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in architecture with 10+ years of relevant experience in design managementProficiency in Revit, BIM, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and design software (Photoshop); experience developing design reports, drawings, and specificationsDemonstrated experience managing subcontractors and services during construction, including RFI responses and submittal reviewsStrong client-facing skills with ability to lead client discussions and negotiate project scope, fees, and financial performanceTravel capability and proficiency with remote communication applications (Teams, Zoom, etc.)Additional InformationSponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this positionRelocation is not available now or in the future
