This role partners with Program Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.Pay Range $80K-$130KKey ResponsibilitiesSupport project surveys, estimating, and client quotations.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billing.Provide project updates and maintain client communication.Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.Support contract negotiations, scope development, and seamless project transitions from sales through execution.Track business development activities, opportunities, and project pipeline using the company CRM.Maintain relationships with clients to identify follow-on projects, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.Participate in client meetings, site walks, networking events, and industry conferences to support sales growth.Partner with Business Development and Program Managers to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and client solution strategies.Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and expanding services within existing and prospective accounts.
