We provide turnkey solutions to tackle the sustainable energy challenges in renewable energy and green mobility markets and provide our clients with tailored solutions for Biomethane production and distribution.We operate in 4 interdependent industrial fields: biogas purification, green mobility (Bio-LNG), CO2 liquefaction, and after-sales service (maintenance, training, etc.).You will be responsible for new and ongoing projects:Ensure operational continuity with customersOrganize and participate in meetings with clients throughout the projectOrder acknowledgement issuance to customersProvide documentation to customersProvide layout validation with customersSend estimate quotes during projectsParticipate in follow-up meetings with customersProvide unloading and delivery signatures with customers when modifications occurCollect customers' power supply informationManage projectsParticipate in commercial and complete handover notesPlan project budgetsFollow budgets allocated to subsidiesOversee and participate in instrumentation & control, and power supply architectureCarry out follow-up of building sitesFollow-up on billing, collection and invoicingProvide delivery and unloading organizationProvide acceptance certificate signaturesOrganize internal and external handoversManage qualityEnsure regulatory compliance with local standardsCheck and validate civil worksValidate site pre-requisites (erection / commissioning)Write preventive site safety plansOrganize delivery of additional material or equipment during site executionProvide site management documentation collectionOrganize experience feedback on products and processesProfile SoughtBachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of Project Manager experience, preferably in an industrial setting.You are highly organized, autonomous and team oriented. You are adept at managing client and vendor relationships and know how to manage customer interfaces. You are experienced in preparing and maintaining budgets.
