Project ManagerWe're looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects for residential & commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. This individual will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects. In addition to overseeing the projects from start to finish while managing contractors.Benefits include medical, dental, vision along with other supplementary plans, matched 401K, generous PTO, competitive base salary + commission on projects + car allowance.Requirements include minimum of 3 years in restoration and/or construction experience, minimum of 3 years experience with Xactimate, prior disaster mitigation estimating experience highly desired, adjuster experience highly desired, but not required, attention to details, good communication skills, valid drivers license, ability to travel out of town, pass background check and drug screen.Responsibilities include participating in design development, supporting and implementing the company's project quality planning and control process, initiating and maintaining liaison with client and A/E contacts, monitoring/controlling construction, evaluating construction progress and team performance, managing financial aspects of contracts, coordinating, managing and supervising the work of subordinate project managers and support staff, overseeing completion of project close-out, representing the company in project meetings, identifying new work opportunities, leading internal teams that focus on continuous improvement of the business, promoting the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships, familiar with all policies and processes as it relates to this position, proactively identifying and solving problems to minimize risk.Competitive compensation, great benefits, we work together – openly and cross-functionally because it enables us to build relationships, learn together and win as a team.
