Qualifications
- Project Management or Estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- For an Estimator they need specific experience with hard-bid and firm fixed price
- Experience estimating or managing projects from $1 - $10 million in size
- Experience working on a variety of projects which can include design-build, bid-build, new ground up, and renovations
- Experience with Federal and/or Department of Defense (DOD) is highly desired, but not required
