Will consider candidates with industry experience that are ready to move into a Project Management role.Must have excellent communication & organizational skills, Able to work under deadlines & within the allowed budget.MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experiencedProficient with some type of Estimating software.Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.Must have a strong knowledge base of Manufacturing & Installation in some of the following:Glazed Wall Systems, Panel Walls & other Fenestration Elements, Point Supported & Structural Sealant Glazed Glass, Sealants, Waterproofing, Insulation.Must be able to handle more than one project at a time.Works with estimator from the time the project is awarded, doing front-end submittals, and working with vendors on products/purchase orders.Work with shop drawings and contractor from beginning to end of project.Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
