Project Manager / Estimator – Glass & Glazing (Chicago) We are partnering with a leading glass and glazing contractor in the Chicago area who is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of exciting commercial glazing projects with a well-established and respected business.
Manage glass and glazing projects from bid through completion Prepare detailed estimates and take-offs for commercial glazing systems Oversee project budgets, schedules, and procurement Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and installation teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
3+ years of experience in glass and glazing or commercial construction
Strong estimating and/or project management background
Knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, or architectural glazing systems preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong pipeline of secured projects
